Comprehensive Care, Compassionate Services
Our doctors and team utilize the most recent dental technology to ensure you receive the care and treatments you deserve. We are advocates for your oral health and are committed to providing you with services you are proud to recommend to friends and family.
Primary Services
Crowns
If you have a tooth that has advanced decay or is severely damaged and cannot be fixed with bonding materials, a dental crown is utilized. This restores your tooth’s strength, esthetics, and function by covering the remaining tooth. Crowns are made from a range of materials, depending on the area of the mouth being restored.
Dentures & Partial Dentures
If you are missing some or all of your natural teeth dentures or partials can provide a great restoration option! For patients who still retain some of their natural teeth, we recommend partials. Full dentures are recommended for patients who are missing all or most of their natural teeth. Both restoration options help restore your smile and may give you a better smile than you had before! Together we will determine which options fits your oral health needs.
After Hours Emergency Contact

Bite Equilibration
TMJ Therapy
Veneers
Typically made out porcelain, veneers are used to correct spaces, gaps, or other imperfections in your smile. The veneer is custom-made in a dental laboratory and is bonded to the front of the tooth. This is a durable restoration option that can help give you the smile you’ve been dreaming of! Veneers look and feel like your natural teeth, and offer patients a permanent, stain-resistant restoration option.
Cosmetic White Fillings
Tooth-colored fillings are a great restoration option for both children and adults. White fillings are used to repair broken or decayed teeth. The composite material is layered into the tooth and cured using an intense visible light. The material used is carefully matched to your tooth’s natural color, making it virtually undetectable. A composite filling improves stability and helps save your natural tooth structure.
Botox
Botox treatments help relax your facial muscles and get rid of your existing wrinkles. Treatments are a breeze and only take a few minutes to complete. Within 3-5 days, you should start noticing results. The effects generally last for 4-6 months.
Root Canals
If a cavity reached the pulp (living tissue) of a tooth, a root canal is necessary to preserve your oral health and save the tooth. During this procedure the diseased pulp is removed and the interior of the tooth is disinfected and then filled with special, medicated materials. To restore the tooth to full function, a crown, bridge, or bonded post may be applied.
Dental Implants
A dental implant is a titanium screw which is inserted into the bone beneath the gums, acting as a replacement for the root. After the post has been inserted, it slowly fuses to your bone. This screw provides a foundation for a replacement crown, bridge, or denture.
At Pebble Creek Family Dentistry, we provide implant treatment planning, and placement of implant-supported crowns, dentures, and partials.
Tooth Whitening
If you are ready to brighten your smile, we offer a selection of tooth whitening treatments. This includes Zoom! Bleaching, custom whitening trays, as well as professional Crest WhiteStrips. All of these options can help reverse the effects of smoking, tea, coffee, and other causes of tooth discoloration. We will work with you to determine which whitening option best fits your needs and goals for your smile.
Juvederm
Juvederm® is a soft tissue filler to correct loss of volume in the face. This injectable gel is for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as nasolabial folds). This treatment is also effective to reduce laugh lines around the mouth and nose area.
Periodontal Evaluations
During a periodontal evaluation, we will examine your gums and search for any signs of gum disease. Gum disease can have a negative effect on your oral health and overall health. It is linked to heart disease and strokes and can also result in bone loss, which can loosen your teeth and eventually cause tooth loss.
Sedation Dentistry
My name is Skylar Pharris. I have been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) since 2013. I have worked in all clinical settings and currently work in an independent anesthesia practice at Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY. I am a native of Madisonville, KY and worked in that hospital for 10 years prior to our move to Murray. I thoroughly enjoy providing this sedation service for Dr. Spencer and Dr. King at Pebble Creek Family Dentistry.
My goal is to safely provide you with the amount of sedation that you require to get you through your dental procedure with no pain, no anxiety, and no recollection of the procedure.
